Lotus Notes in Calgary/Canada anyone?

My colleague Nigel is migrating from Singapore to Calgary in Canada. He does Lotus Notes since R3 and is a CLP, Java and M$ certified as well. Getting certifications is a popular past time here, since it is both sponsored by the government and less boring than reading our local newspaper.
